A legal opinion from Texas REALTORS, all “residential and commercial real estate services, including settlement services” are allowed in all counties in the state.\nThat being said, it is always at the owner\'s discretion as to whether they will allow showings in the home, and you should follow CDC guidelines and have Disenfective wipes, mask, etc for yourself and clients if your out showing.

Does the third party financing Addendum expire at 5pm or at midnight if the specified day?

In my opinion, all dates expire at midnight unless otherwise stated in the contract or addendum. Buyer may give written notice to seller within ____ days after the effective date of this contract... There is not a specific time.

Would you consider buying a home from a Virtual Tour without touring the home in person?

Long before COVID 19, I helped several clients lease and buy homes without them seeing the home until the day of or after closing. I am happy to say most of them are still in the houses they purchased. The key was to listen to their needs and to provide good photos. Today a walk through video is available. I had to get permission from the seller, take my camera and send still shots from my computer. Some buyers were out of the country and some coming across the states. I never had a complaint and yes I would do it again.
